We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. We went so far as one New Years...when I was probably about 15 or 16..we had just come off from seeing that movie like 300 times...and..all the kids that were at our New Years party got named a character from that movie...of course..My Aunt Marion was Maid Marion..and....guess how got the short end of the stick..and got to be Prince John...ME..I forget HOW that came about..but..we all went by our respective names all night.....ODD BALLs that we were!

Ok, I'll admit it- in my eyes Don Bluth studios animation is poetry in motion... I agree they don't have the best stories all the time, but their animation leaves me spellbound.

Though..Land Before Time makes me GAG...not that it was a bad movie...but..my oldest daughter watched it like TWICE or THRICE a DAY...EVERY DAY..for MONTHS.....I wanted to scream".FOR THE LOVE OF PETE...CERA..SHUT UP!!!!!!" and "EAT THE DAMN TREE STAR...!!"
One I finally watched all the way thru was Titan AI..WICKED AWESOME...I can picture Jake as Kale.....with a little less angst!!

Thing is, I found out that there are a couple of books based on Titan AE, and I bought them and have been reading them... but lost them... They deal with both main human characters from the movie- but tell their stories between Earth getting distroyed and when the movie actually starts...
Ever, for example, wonder how Kale got that tatoo on his arm? Or what it means? It's explained in that book.
